AFFILIATE PROGRAMME 'TAP'
TAP
is an avenue for reaching people that are
interested in the various courses offering by
Topearl Institute of Hotel & Catering
Management through distance learning. The
programme has same quality in terms of theoretical
and practical formation as applied to our main
campus situated in Port Harcourt, Rivers State,
Nigeria.
It is to be noted that any
learning centre serving as an affliate on this
project must follow the rules and regulations
stated below;
The Topearl Institute's Board
of Governors shall be responsible
for:
1. The
decision and management of academic matters of the
affiliate campus on TAP, including the regulation
of admission of students, the award of
certificates/diplomas, scholarships, prizes and
other academic
distinctions.
2. The
affiliate centre(s) shall make to the management
board, periodic reports on such academic matters
as the Academic Board may deem fit or as the
Council may from time to time direct
and,
3. Discharge any
other functions which the council may delegate to
it.

centre of learning that wish to be part of the
Topearl Affiliate Programme should communicate

send our studends abroad for futher studies during and
after their various programmes at Topearl Institutes.
