WHY TOPEARL?

As an indigenous company keen on impacting the youths in our operational area, Topearl Institute of Catering and Hotel Management organizes - from time to time - free month-long courses for youths awaiting results. These courses cover different aspects of catering. Housewives and other women who are ready to avail themselves of the opportunity are in such programmes.

The primary objective of Topearl Catering is to upgrade the quality of services in the industry by providing specially groomed professionals in the various crafts and arts of catering through well-packaged programmes designed to meet the purpose of our clients.

Topearl believes that a yawning gap exists between the quality of catering services rendered to customers in Nigeria and the actual needs/requirements of the customers - especially in the Niger Delta. Topearl is therefore poised to fill the gap by grooming caterers that can compete with their counterparts from other parts of the world.

Topearl also aims to help youths and housewives to become job creators by providing them with adequate skills to become entrepreneurs in their own right.
